DTA Community Management Services, Inc. is a professional, full service community association management company serving client communities throughout the greater Houston area. Our service area includes Houston, Missouri City, Stafford, Sugar Land, Conroe, Willis, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Humble, Porter, Livingston, Magnolia, Montgomery, Plantersville, Hempstead, Bryan, College Station, Caldwell, Navasota, Brenham, New Ulm, Cat Springs, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas. Communities not in our direct service area may still benefit from our services and expertise through partial service agreements or consulting arrangements.
Community Association Management services include administrative and corporate management, CCR enforcement, maintenance fee billing and collection, Architectural Control services, accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly financial reports, contract management and supervision, preparation for and attendance of board meetings, annual and special meetings of the homeowners, records management, common area inspections and property reports, drafting and executing policies and procedures, coordination of audit and tax return preparations, access control services such as access gate management and disbursement of keys, pool cards, and other identifications. DTA offers extended customer service hours for the convenience of our clients.
